We weld to ASME Section IX and AWS D1.1 procedures, with welders qualified across MIG, flux-core, TIG, and stick processes. Every joint that calls for it gets visual, MT, PT, RT, or UT inspection — and you get the report.

What we work with

  • Carbon and low-alloy steels
  • Stainless steels (304, 316, duplex)
  • Inconel and other nickel alloys
  • Aluminum (TIG / pulse MIG)

    How we run the job

    Step 01

    Procedure

We match the right WPS to your material, joint, and code requirement.

    Step 02

    Fit-Up

Joint prep, tacking, and tolerance check before the first pass.

    Step 03

    Weld

Qualified welders deposit to procedure with documented heat input.

    Step 04

    Inspect

Visual plus NDE per drawing — MT, PT, RT, or UT as required.

    Quality & traceability

Every job is documented to the same ISO-aligned standard that runs across our floor — heat numbers transferred, procedures qualified, and inspection signed off before parts leave the dock.

  • ISO-aligned quality management system
  • Material test reports (MTRs) supplied with every shipment
  • Procedure qualifications matched to your code requirement
  • First-article and in-process inspection records on file
