Run Capacity

Robotic Welding at Steel Effects.

When the volume justifies it, robotic welding gives you weld-after-weld consistency a manual cell can't match. We program from your 3D model, build the fixture, run a first-article qualification, and put the cell into production with documented cycle time.

What we work with

  • Carbon and structural steels
  • Stainless 304/304L, 316/316L
  • Aluminum (pulse MIG)
  • Galvanized and pre-coated stock
  • Mixed-thickness weldments

    How we run the job

    Step 01

    Program

Path planning from your 3D model — collision check, weld sequence, distortion strategy.

    Step 02

    Fixture

Repeatable hold-downs and locators built and proofed against the model.

    Step 03

    Qualify

First-article weld passed through visual and NDE before production release.

    Step 04

    Run

Two-shift production with in-process audits and traceable cycle data.

    Quality & traceability

Every job is documented to the same ISO-aligned standard that runs across our floor — heat numbers transferred, procedures qualified, and inspection signed off before parts leave the dock.

  • ISO-aligned quality management system
  • Material test reports (MTRs) supplied with every shipment
  • Procedure qualifications matched to your code requirement
  • First-article and in-process inspection records on file
