Blasting & Painting at Steel Effects.

A single-source paint shop on the same floor as our fab means parts move from weld-out to crate with minimal handling. We hold surface profile to your data sheet, prime within the recoat window, and topcoat in a clean, climate-stable booth.

What we work with

    How we run the job

    Step 01

    Inspect

Substrate is reviewed for contamination, rust grade, and existing coating.

    Step 02

    Blast

Abrasive blast to the specified SSPC standard and profile.

    Step 03

    Prime

Primer applied within the recoat window — film thickness logged.

    Step 04

    Topcoat

Mid and topcoats applied to data-sheet DFT in the booth.

    Quality & traceability

Every job is documented to the same ISO-aligned standard that runs across our floor — heat numbers transferred, procedures qualified, and inspection signed off before parts leave the dock.

  • ISO-aligned quality management system
  • Material test reports (MTRs) supplied with every shipment
  • Procedure qualifications matched to your code requirement
  • First-article and in-process inspection records on file
